Setup VITURE Pro Neckband
Download the Neckband Remote App
To set up your Pro Neckband, download and install the Neckband Remote App on your mobile device. Visit viture.com/remote to select the appropriate platform for installation. If you are browsing this page on a computer, you can also scan the QR code below to download the app.

Pair with Neckband Remote App
If you did not update the XR Glasses firmware before the initial setup, the Pro Neckband will automatically begin updating the firmware upon powering on. This process takes approximately 30 seconds to a minute, during which the screen will remain black.
Do not turn off the Pro Neckband or disconnect the XR Glasses during this update. Once the update is complete, the XR Glasses will automatically power on.
Next, open the Neckband Remote App on your mobile device:
- If this is your first time using the app, it will automatically scan for the Pro Neckband and prompt you to confirm pairing.
- If you’ve used the app before, ensure the Pro Neckband is powered on and not connected to another device. Tap the device list in the top-right corner of the app and select your Pro Neckband.
After pairing, the app will guide you through a tutorial on using the Pro Neckband and its features. The Pro Neckband will automatically proceed to the next setup step.
Connect to XR Glasses
For optimal performance, ensure your XR Glasses are connected before powering on the Pro Neckband. Upon first use, the Pro Neckband will update the firmware of your XR Glasses automatically.
If you have a Windows PC or Mac with a USB-C port that supports data transfer, we recommend updating your XR Glasses firmware via our web tool and performing a calibration. This ensures your XR Glasses are up-to-date and provides an enhanced 3DoF experience.
Steps to Connect Pro Neckband and XR Glasses
- Unfold the Pro Neckband and hold each side, with your right hand holding the end with the cable.
- Place the Pro Neckband over your head, ensuring both sides rest evenly and naturally around your neck.
- Align the cable on the right side of the Pro Neckband with the Magnetic Connector of the XR Glasses; the connection will snap into place automatically.
- Put on the XR Glasses.
Power On and Off
After wearing the Pro Neckband and connecting it to the XR Glasses, press and hold the Power button on the left side of the Neckband (View Get Started - Buttons for more). Once the device vibrates, it indicates that the Neckband is powered on.
To power off, press and hold the Power button again. A short vibration will confirm the device has been successfully powered off.
Buttons
When connected to and using the Beast XR Glasses, the OSD menu on the Beast glasses will be unavailable (Brightness, volume and transpency adjustments remain functional). For other Neckband functions, please refer to the button instructions below.

Quick Setting
The Quick Settings menu is an essential hub for managing your Pro Neckband. It integrates commonly used operations such as returning to the Home screen, accessing system Settings, and customizing advanced features like screen layout, 3DoF Tracking, and Smooth Follow.
Please note that Quick Settings differ between Android and SpaceWalker modes. 3DoF Tracking, Smooth Follow, and Multi-Screen are only avaialable in SpaceWalker mode.
Accessing Quick Settings You can open Quick Settings using either of these methods:
- Press the Settings button on the Pro Neckband.

Neckband Remote App
The Neckband Remote app is an essential mobile companion for the Pro Neckband, enhancing navigation and control. Click here to download.
Pair With Your Neckband
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- The app will automatically scan and connect to your nearby Neckband.
- If the connection fails, ensure your Neckband is powered on and tap the Bluetooth icon at the top-right corner of the app to select your Neckband from the list of nearby devices.
Note
The Pro Neckband can connect to only one phone at a time. Disconnect it from any previous device before pairing with a new one.
Trackpad Mode
The Trackpad Mode is the default control method, allowing intuitive gestures for navigation.

Air Mouse Mode
Switch between Trackpad and Air Mouse modes using the toggle in the app's top-right corner. The Air Mouse uses your phone's motion sensors for navigation.

Scan QR Code on the Screen
Using the Neckband Remote, you can capture QR codes displayed on your screen directly to your phone. This feature is especially useful for login or payment processes.
Steps to Use:
- Access QR Code Function: Once paired with your Neckband, the QR code button will appear in the top-right corner of the Neckband Remote app.
- Capture QR Code: When a QR code appears on the Pro Neckband screen, tap the QR code button on the Neckband Remote app. After a brief moment, the same QR code will pop up on your phone.

- Save or Scan the QR Code: You can save or screenshot the QR code and use your phone’s scanning apps to complete the process.
Settings
Access the app settings via the menu icon in the top-left corner.
Customize the Neckband Remote
In Settings, adjust cursor speed, scroll speed, and scroll bar position to suit left- or right-handed preferences. Cursor speed settings are specific to Trackpad and Air Mouse, while scroll speed settings are shared across both modes.
Update XR Glasses Firmware
Firmware updates for XR Glasses are supported on Android devices. iOS support is currently unavailable. The app supports updates for VITURE Pro XR Glasses, VITURE One XR Glasses, and VITURE One Lite XR Glasses.
For Android devices without USB-C DP output support, firmware updates can still be performed.
Hand Gestures

The Hand Gesture feature is currently in Beta and will be refined with future updates.
Activate Hand Gestures
To optimize performance, gestures are automatically disabled during idle periods.
To reactivate, press and hold the Settings button on the Neckband.

Note: For optimal hand gesture performance, adjust the fan speed to Balanced or Power Boost in the Settings. Learn more about fan control at Fan Control.
Hand Interaction Settings
Hand gesture related settings can be accessed in Settings - SpaceWalker Settings. Note: These settings are only affective in SpaceWalker mode.
- Hand Input: Select the preferred hand for gesture input. Adaptive is recommended.
- Hand Interaction Sensitivity: Beta. Adjust how the interaction ray responds to hand gestures in SpaceWalker. This setting is only affective when connecting to Luma Ultra XR Glasses.
Privacy and Hand Gestures
Hand Gestures provide a convenient way to interact with your Pro Neckband. However, your privacy remains a top priority.
- Gesture Data: Hand gestures are not captured or saved, whether Hand Gestures are actively working or not.
- Camera Usage: The camera on the Pro Neckband is solely used for gesture detection. It cannot be manually enabled and does not collect or store any personal information.
By ensuring that no personal data is recorded or transmitted, the Pro Neckband maintains strict privacy standards while delivering a seamless user experience.

Game Controllers
Wireless controllers can be connected to the Pro Neckband, offering navigation and gaming capabilities.
Stick Controls
By default, wireless game controllers are set to stick controls, allowing you to use the left analog stick to move the cursor and the right analog stick to scroll.

In-Game Controls
For normal gaming experience during gameplay, switch to in-game controls. If you're playing remotely from your game consoles using PXPlay or XBXPlay, switching to in-Game controls is necessary for normal gameplay.

To switch between stick controls and in-game controls, press and hold L1 + R1 (or LB + RB on Xbox controllers). Controllers with L1 and R1 buttons, such as DualSense wireless controller, DualShock wireless controller, Xbox Wireless Controller, and Switch Pro Controller, all function the same way.
Note: Certain games, such as Call of Duty: Warzone, may require you to use stick controls during the pre-game phase (e.g., navigating menus or lobbies) and switch to in-game controls once gameplay begins.
Headgaze Navigation
To enable or disable Headgaze Navigation, briefly press the Power and Settings buttons together.
Once activated, a cursor will appear at the center of the screen. You can move the cursor by moving your head. Use Volume - to select an item and Volume + to go back.

Please note that volume adjustment is unavailable when Headgaze Navigation is enabled. Additionally, Headgaze Navigation will disable Smooth Follow if it is active.
Multi-Screen
By default, the Pro Neckband displays a single screen. When an app is opened, it overlays on the Home screen. To open another app, you can close the current app from the top-right corner or tap the Home button to return to the Home screen. Please note that Quick Settings differ between Android and SpaceWalker modes. Multi-Screen are only avaialable in SpaceWalker mode.
Hint: Multi-Screen can be enabled/disabled in Quick Settings Panel.
When Multi-Screen is enabled, you can view two apps simultaneously alongside the Home screen:
- The Home screen remains on the far-left panel by default.
- Two apps appear on the center and right panels.

You can switch the positions of the Home screen and two apps by tapping the switch button in the middle of the screens.

You can multitask in Multi-Screen mode and control playback just like on a smartphone, such as double-clicking to skip time or enter full screen.
To close the app, simply click the close button in the top right corner.
3DoF Tracking & Smooth Follow
The Pro Neckband provides enhanced 3DoF Tracking and Smooth Follow experiences:
- 3DoF Tracking (Pin Mode): Locks the screen in a fixed spatial position.
- Smooth Follow: Mimics a gimbal effect, allowing the screen to follow large head movements smoothly.
When the display moves out of your direct view, Smooth Follow will smoothly reposition it back into your field of vision.

Both 3DoF Tracking and Smooth Follow are enabled by default.
Hint: These settings can be enabled/disabled in Quick Settings Panel.
Behavior Rules
- Disabling 3DoF Tracking: Smooth Follow will automatically turn off since it depends on 3DoF.
- Enabling 3DoF Tracking: Smooth Follow will resume if it was enabled previously.
- Disabling Smooth Follow: Has no effect on 3DoF's state.
- Enabling Smooth Follow: Automatically enables 3DoF Tracking.
Lock Roll Toggle
If you notice display tilting during 3DoF Tracking or Smooth Follow, simply enable Lock Roll in Quick Settings to stabilize the display orientation.

Screen Scale
Adjust the screen size to suit your preferences.
- Tap Screen Scale in the Quick Settings menu.
- Use the adjustment bar that appears at the top of the screen to increase (+) or decrease (-) the screen size.
Hint: This setting can be found in Quick Settings Panel.

Android Mode and SpaceWalker Mode Switch
Android Mode offers lower latency, improved performance, and reduced heat and fan noise.
Hint: This setting can be found in Quick Settings Panel.

Features and Limitations
- Benefits: Enhanced performance and efficiency.
- Limitations: Multi-Screen, 3DoF Tracking, and Smooth Follow are unavailable in Android mode and are only available in SpaceWalker mode.
Quick Settings options will adjust accordingly.
Switching Betweeen Modes
To switch between Android and SpaceWalker modes:
- Open Quick Settings
- Tap the SpaceWalker or Android icon in Quick Settings to switch.
Persistent Desktop Mode
The system will remember your last selected desktop. For example: If you switch to Android Mode and power off the device, it will boot into Android Mode at the next startup.
Ambient Mode
Ambient Mode minimizes the display to a corner of your vision, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows while walking or moving around.
To enable Ambient Mode, triple-press the Settings button on the Neckband.

Ambient Mode is available in both Multi-Screen and Single-Screen modes. The status of Smooth Follow and 3DoF tracking remains unchanged when Ambient Mode is enabled or disabled.
To customize the display's position in Ambient Mode, navigate to Settings > Display > Ambient Preferences and select your preferred screen size and placement. Your settings will take effect immediately when Ambient Mode is enabled.
Ambient Mode Preference
To adjust Ambient Mode preferences:
- Go to Settings > Display > Ambient Preferences.
- Choose your desired screen size and placement.
Your adjustments will be applied instantly when Ambient Mode is activated.
Record and Capture on Neckband
Third-Person Live Capture
SpaceWalker now supports live third-person capture: start sharing from your Neckband, then use the Neckband Capture app on your phone to watch in real time and record. It’s perfect for capturing demos, reviewing gameplay/AR moments, creating tutorials, or just sharing your perspective with a friend.
What you can do
- Live watch: View the Neckband’s third-person stream on your phone.
- Record on phone: Save the session directly from the Neckband Capture app.
- Smooth alignment: The system aligns the Neckband and phone coordinate spaces so the view stays stable and consistent as you move.
Quick start
To get started, make sure your Neckband is updated to the latest SpaceWalker, and install Neckband Capture by VITURE from the App Store (iOS only at this time).
- Connect your Neckband and phone to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Start streaming on the Neckband:
- SpaceWalker Launcher: open Quick Settings → tap View Share
- 6-DoF apps: look up → tap View Share
- On your phone, open Neckband Capture app, then enter or select the IP address shown on the Neckband to connect.
- Tap Start Alignment in the app.
- The person wearing the Neckband should stretch both hands out in front of them.
- Point the phone camera at the hands and keep it as steady as possible until you reach the Alignment Check page.
- A logo will appear in the glasses—confirm on your phone that the position and angle are aligned.
- Once you’re aligned, you’re ready to watch live and record from your phone.
Note:
- Keep Neckband Capture in the foreground during streaming—switching apps (including checking recordings in Photos) may disconnect the session.
- Switching apps on the Neckband during streaming may also disconnect. If that happens, simply reconnect and run alignment again.
- In 6-DoF apps, using Recenter will require re-alignment (SpaceWalker doesn’t have this limitation).
- This feature is only supported on Luma Ultra XR Glasses and iOS devices, other combinations will be supported soon.
Tip: For the best capture quality, set your Neckband view to the largest screen size before streaming.
First-Person Recording
Neckband PRO SpaceWalker mode supports first-person recording, so you can quickly save what you’re seeing in XR for sharing or review.
- In SpaceWalker Launcher: Open Quick Settings → tap Record to start, tap again to stop.
- In 6-DoF apps: Look up → tap the Record button to start, tap again to stop.
Note: Recording doesn’t continue across apps yet—please stop recording before switching apps. More improvements coming.
Auto Immersive 3D in Android Mode
Auto Immersive 3D brings depth to everything you see in Android mode. When it's on, Pro neckband automatically convert on-screen content into Immersive 3D based on the app and content you're viewing—so you get a richer, more dimensional picture without constantly switching modes yourself.
Instead of manually toggling between 2D and 3D as you move between apps, your device reads what's on screen and applies Immersive 3D for you. Home screens, app menus, everyday content—all rendered with real depth. The result is a smoother, more immersive experience across the entire Android environment.
Settings
You can enable or disable Auto Immersive 3D from several places, depending on what's most convenient.
From Settings
- Open Settings.
- Go to Display.
- Select Auto Immersive 3D (it's the first item in the Display section).
- Choose On to enable it, or Off to turn it off.
By default, Auto Immersive 3D is Off, so you're in control of when to switch it on.
From Quick Settings
Open Quick Settings and tap the Auto Immersive 3D toggle to switch the feature on or off instantly—handy when you want to change it without digging into menus.
From the notification shade
The notification shade includes an Auto Immersive 3D control, located at the end of the shade. Like the Wi-Fi control, you can tap it to toggle the feature on or off, or open its settings directly.
Notes
- UltraWide Mode: And auto Immersive 3D works in Default mode. UltraWide mode does not support 3D.
- DRM-protected apps. Some DRM-protected content (for example, certain streaming apps) may not support Immersive 3D. These play back normally in 2D.
- Native SBS (side-by-side) video. Content that is already formatted as native side-by-side 3D plays back as-is, without additional conversion, so it displays the way it was meant to.
Good to know: Because the system is doing more work to convert content in real time, power consumption may increase while Auto Immersive 3D is on.
Game Mode
Game Mode runs specific apps in Android Mode, reducing latency for a more responsive gaming experience. However, this mode locks the display to your head movements, and 3DoF Tracking and Smooth Follow are unavailable.
By default, gaming apps, remote play, and cloud gaming apps are automatically added to the Game Mode list.
To manage Game Mode settings:
- Open Settings.
- Add or remove apps from the Game Mode list or toggle Game Mode on and off as needed.

HARMAN AudioEFX
The VITURE XR Glasses' stereo audio system was co-developed with HARMAN and features HARMAN AudioEFX technology. With the Pro Neckband, you can select preset sound modes to enhance your audio experience.
Select a sound mode or turn off HARMAN AudioEFX:

Fan Control
The Pro Neckband’s cooling fan has three speed modes:
- Power Boost: High speed for maximum performance.
- Balanced: Dynamically adjusts fan speed based on CPU temperature.
- Quiet Mode: Low speed for minimal noise.
Default Mode is Quiet Mode.
Connect Bluetooth Accessories
You can pair Bluetooth accessories like keyboards, headphones, speakers, or game controllers with the Neckband. The accessories should be within 33 feet (10 meters) for a stable connection.
To pair a Bluetooth accessory:
- Place the accessory in pairing mode.
- On the Neckband, go to Settings > Pair new device, and select the accessory name.
The Neckband reconnects to previously paired accessories automatically if they’re powered on. If it doesn’t:
- Ensure the accessory isn’t connected to another device.
- Navigate to Settings > Saved devices, and manually select the accessory.
Tranfer Files to Your Pro Neckband
Transfer Between Mac and Windows PC
To transfer files between your Pro Neckband and a computer, please note that the USB-C port on the Pro Neckband does not support direct data transfer. Instead, you will need to use a Magnetic Connector to USB-C Adapter.
Follow the steps below:
- Connect the magnetic connector of your Pro Neckband to the adapter.
- Plug the USB-C end of the adapter into your computer.
- On Windows, the device will appear as an external drive under This PC.; On macOS, you must first install a file transfer utility such as MacDroid.
- Once recognized, you may transfer files by copying them between your computer and the Neckband as you would with a standard external drive.
Important: During the transfer process, please ensure the Neckband stays powered on to avoid interrupting the transfer.
Transfer Between Flash Drives
The USB-C port on the Pro Neckband supports direct connection to USB flash drives.
To transfer files from a flash drive:
- Connect the flash drive to the USB-C port of the Pro Neckband.
- Open the 3D Player app on the Neckband to access and view the files stored on the flash drive.
Transfer Files via Web Interface
In addition to using an adapter, files can also be transferred wirelessly to the Pro Neckband via a web interface, provided that both devices are on the same local network.
Please follow these steps:
- Ensure both the Pro Neckband and your computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network..
- Obtain the Neckband’s IP address by navigating to: Settings > About Neckband > IP address. Note down the IP address.
- Open 3D Player app on the Pro Neckband.
- On your computer, launch a web browser and enter the Neckband’s IP address followed by
:2021in the address bar. For example:http://192.168.88.123:2021 - You will be directed to the file upload page. Click "Choose File" to select files from your computer.

- After selecting the files, click "Upload" to begin transferring them to the internal storage of the Pro Neckband.
Notes: When transferring large files, ensure the Pro Neckband has sufficient battery. Keep the XR Glasses connected throughout the transfer to prevent the Pro Neckband from entering sleep mode.
Battery and Charging
Battery Capacity and Battery Life
The battery capacity indicates how much charge the battery can store. The Pro Neckband has a capacity of 3,280 mAh.

The battery life depends on the connected glasses and usage scenarios.
Charge Your Neckband
To charge your Neckband:
- Connect it to a power outlet using the included USB-C cable and a compatible USB power adapter.
- Alternatively, connect the Neckband to your computer with a USB-C cable.
The LED indicator on the Neckband lights up while charging. With a USB-C cable, it typically takes 1.5 hours to fully charge the Neckband.
Check Battery Percentage
You can view the Neckband's remaining battery charge in several ways:
- On the Quick Settings: Displayed at the Quick Settings panel.
- In the 3D Player app: Battery percentage is also displayed here.
Additionally, you can estimate the battery level via the LED indicator:

The LED is solid when the system is running and pulses while charging.
Auto Shutdown
The Pro Neckband automatically starts a shutdown timer after entering sleep mode. You can choose from the following options:
- 3 minutes (default)
- 5 minutes
- 10 minutes
- Never
Selecting "Never" disables automatic shutdown.
Factory Reset Your Pro Neckband
If you plan to resell, dispose of, or give away your Pro Neckband, we recommend performing a factory reset to completely erase your data and protect your privacy. A factory reset can also help resolve severe issues.
Warning: Performing a factory reset will erase all data, apps, and settings on the Neckband. This action cannot be undone. Please back up important data before proceeding.
- Power off the Neckband: Make sure the Neckband is completely turned off before starting.
- Connect the Glasses: Use the long magnetic cable to connect your Glasses to the USB-C port on the bottom of the Neckband.
- Enter recovery mode: Press and hold the Power button and Volume Up button at the same time until you see the VITURE logo, then release.
- Disconnect XR Glasses: Disconnect the USB-C cable from the Glasses, wait a moment then reconnect it.
- You should see a tilted robot image: Press and hold the Power button. While holding it, press the Volume Up button. The Neckband will now boot into Android Recovery Mode.

- Perform the reset: Use the Volume Up/Down buttons to navigate. Highlight Wipe data / Factory reset. Press the Power button to confirm.
Offline System Update
If online OTA updates are unavailable, you can also update your device locally using the offline package provided in this article. Follow the steps below:
- Download the package. The file is large, so please be patient while it downloads.
- Connect the neckband to your computer via the magnetic connector, then navigate to the internal storage directory. Note: Windows computers can connect directly; on Mac, you'll need to install Android File Transfer to transfer files.
- Rename the OTA package to update.zip and copy it to any directory.
- Once the transfer is complete, disconnect the neckband from your computer and connect it to the XR glasses to power on the device.
- Open 3D Player, browse local files, find update.zip, and tap it.
- An update page will open. Tap Apply to start the update, then wait for it to complete.
Install and Uninstall Apps
The Pro Neckband comes preloaded with Google Play Store, providing access to a vast library of apps.
Install Apps
- Open the Google Play Store from the Home screen.
- Search for the desired app using the search bar.
- Select the app and tap Install.
- Wait for the installation to complete. The app will appear on your Home screen once installed.
Install MR Apps

- Open the SpaceApp Store in SpaceWalker Launcher.
- Select the app and tap Install.
- Wait for the installation to complete. The app will appear on your Home screen once installed.
Note: MR apps are only available when connecting to 6DoF glasses (Luma Ultra) for full immersive experience.
Uninstall Apps
To uninstall apps you no longer need:
- Navigate to the Home screen.
- Press and hold the app icon you wish to remove.
- Tap Uninstall in the pop-up menu to confirm.
Note: Pre-installed system apps cannot be uninstalled, but some may allow disabling to free up space.

Important
Ghost Party is a 6DoF XR App, currently supported only on Luma Ultra XR Glasses.
How to Play
- Make sure your system is up to date (Version: 2.0.4.21024) — Ghost Party will appear on your home screen when your Luma Ultra XR Glasses are connected.
- Launch the app and follow the basic tutorial:
Switch Explosive: Flip your palm upward, then pinch to change the type of explosive.
Hit the Target: Pinch with one hand to draw the slingshot, pull back, aim, then release to fire! - Now, start playing!
- When the panel appears, tap the button to continue.
When you look up, you’ll see the following options:
- Restart
- Return to Home
- IP Address (used for third-person recording)

Setup Steps
Download the Ghost Party Capture app from the App Store.
Make sure your iPhone and XR Glasses are on the same Wi-Fi network. While wearing the glasses and playing Ghost Party, look upward to reveal your IP address.
Enter this IP address in the Capture app and tap Connect.
After connecting, perform Alignment: Point your iPhone's active camera toward the center of the XR Glasses, tap Align, and hold for 3 seconds.
Tips: You can cover each camera lens one by one to confirm which camera is in use. Generally:
- iPhone Pro / Pro Max: bottom-left lens
- iPhone 13–15 & Plus models: bottom-right lens
- iPhone 16–17: top camera
Check if the floating Ghost icon matches the Glasses' position.
Once aligned, tap Go Capture to start recording your mixed reality footage!
Pro Tips
- Rotate your phone to landscape mode for the best recording effect.
- If alignment isn’t perfect, tap Realign anytime.
- Under Settings, you can toggle:
- Occlusion — enables real-world depth blocking
- 4K Recording — for higher visual fidelity (note: frame rate will drop to 30 fps)
- Bloom Effect — adds cinematic lighting

Dream Brush
With Dream Brush, anyone can create art in 3D space using simple hand gestures! Draw, color, and watch your creations come alive, blending beautifully with the real world.

View & Play Videos
In the 3D Player app, the first tab includes videos stored locally on your Neckband. All videos are listed in a gallery scene.
Play Videos
Navigate to the video that you want to play, then press the OK button on the Neckband to start playing.

Use External Subtitle Files
3D Player supports many subtitle formats including SRT (.srt), ASS (.ass), and SUP (.sup).
If you are using Immersive 3D and subtitle, please turn the subtitle off first, and turn it on after immersive 3D is live.
Subtitle files need to be named the same as the media file, and placed in the same folder.
Example:
If your media file is named Avatar (2009).mkv,
your subtitle files should be named Avatar (2009).srt or Avatar (2009).ass.
Immersive 3D
Immersive 3D is an AI-powered feature that transforms 2D videos into stunning 3D. Here’s how you can experience it on the Pro Neckband:
- Open 3D Player app.
- Navigate to the Immersive 3D tab (AI icon).
- Select a video to convert to 3D. The video will enter a transformation queue—please wait while it processes.
Note: Immersive 3D on the Pro Neckband is currently in preview mode, allowing conversion of the first minute of a video. The full real-time version will be available in a future update.
- Once transformed, the video will display an AI badge. Tap it to play, and your XR Glasses will automatically switch to 3D Mode. Enjoy the magic of Immersive 3D!
Local SMB Shared
The Local Network tab allows you to access the storage of devices on your local network. This feature enables you to view videos and movies from your home NAS or computer without copying large files to the Neckband.

Steps to Access Local Device Storage:
- Ensure the device you want to access is shared. For instance, if you want to access a file or folder on a Windows PC, right-click it, select Give access to, and share it with specific users.
- Connect the shared storage (NAS, computer, etc.) and the Neckband to the same network. You can note down the IP address of the device you want to access for easier direct access later.
- Open the 3D Player app on the Neckband and go to the Local Network tab.
- 3D Player will automatically scan the local network devices. Select the device you want to access. If prompted, enter your NAS or shared device username and password.
- If your device is not scanned, manually access it by clicking the "+" icon.

Transfer Files to the Neckband via Web
In addition to using a data cable, you can transfer files to the Neckband via a web page within the same local area network.
Steps:
- Connect the Neckband and your computer to the same network.
- Check the Neckband's IP address: Go to Settings > Device Preferences > About > Status > IP address.
- Open the 3D Player app on the Neckband.
- On your computer, open a web browser and enter the Neckband's IP address followed by
:2021.
Example:192.168.88.123:2021 - You’ll be directed to a web page. Click Choose File to select files from your computer’s storage.
- Once selected, click Upload to transfer the files to the Neckband’s Downloads folder.

PXPlay and XBXPlay are leading streaming apps, giving you the freedom to remotely play your favorite games from PlayStation 5/4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.

What's New in PXPlay and XBXPlay
The latest updates to PXPlay and XBXPlay introduce several enhancements.
PXPlay version 6.5.0:
- Improved haptic feedback rumble emulation for Bluetooth controllers.
- Added option to register with your console using only your PSN nickname.
- Introduced a "Bitrate start value" setting.
- Various other bug fixes and improvements.
XBXPlay version 1.8.0:
- Various bug fixes and performance enhancements.
Now available on the Neckband.
Setup PXPlay & XBXPlay
To make setup as smooth as possible, have the following items available:
- Ensure that your Neckband and PS5 (or PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One) are connected to the same 5GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Your PSN or Microsoft account and password.
Once you've set up the app, go to the settings on the top left of either app and ensure the following are set:
- Resolution is set to 1080p.
- Refresh rate is 60FPS.
- HEVC is checked.
- Automatic Remote Connection is turned on.
Important Note
When playing your PS5 console on a local network, use the gamepad connected to your Neckband.
Avoid using the controller directly connected to your PS5 console.
Any activity on the console can interrupt and end the remote play session.

Enable Haptic Feedback for DualSense Controller
While using a DualSense controller connected via USB-C for remote play from your PS5, you can enable haptic feedback on the controller. Follow these steps:
- Connect the Controller: Use a USB-C cable to connect your DualSense controller directly to the Neckband's USB-C port, then press the PS button to turn it on.
- Allow PXPlay to access DualSense Wireless Controller.
- In PXPlay, click the menu button in the top left corner.
- Go to Settings and enable the Enable native USB gamepad mode option.
- Choose Haptic Feedback Mode:
Click Haptic feedback mode (PS5 only).
- Rumble: Converts haptic feedback to rumble effects on the controller.
- Enabled: Forwards haptic feedback directly to the DualSense controller.
Connect to your console and start streaming your game with haptic feedback!
If you're still not experiencing haptic feedback after following these steps, ensure your DualSense controller isn't connected to other devices via Bluetooth, including your PS5 and Neckband.
Use Microphone During Remote Play
During remote play, press the OK button on your Neckband to toggle the microphone on or off. PXPlay will request microphone access the first time you enable it.
The microphone's status icon is located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
When you turn the microphone on or off, the icon will change to reflect the new status.
Your PS5 console will also display a notification about the microphone status.
If the microphone status icon is missing or you can't enable the microphone:
- Click the menu button located in the top left on PXPlay.
- Go to Settings > Show microphone button.
- Enable the Show microphone button option.
- Reconnect to your console.
The microphone status icon should now appear on the screen.

Vizard
Vizard is the voice assistant for the VITURE Pro Neckband. It enables hands-free control of the system using voice commands and functions as an AI-powered game assistant that provides game guides and instructions while you’re cloud gaming or playing remotely.
To activate Vizard, simply press and hold the Settings button on the Neckband or say, "Hey Vizard," and then speak your command or question.
With Vizard, you can perform system tasks such as "increase brightness," "adjust volume," "open an app," or "close an app." Vizard is continuously updated to support an expanding range of voice commands and functions.
Vizard supports multi-turn conversations, allowing you to engage in natural dialogues seamlessly. Additionally, it incorporates the capabilities of a large language model, meaning you can interact with Vizard conversationally.
Please note that Vizard currently cannot provide local or time-sensitive information, such as weather updates, the current time, or nearby restaurants.
Where to Use Vizard
Vizard utilizes natural language processing to recognize and execute commands such as:
- "Volume up" or "volume down"
- "Increase brightness" or "decrease brightness"
- "Open [app name]" or "launch [app name]"
- "Close [app name] or quit [app name]"
For gaming assistance, Vizard is most effective with single-player games on consoles or PC platforms. It is not recommended for real-time online multiplayer games or games requiring high precision, such as first-person shooters or MOBAs like Dota 2. Games played with a gamepad are preferred over those requiring a keyboard and mouse.
We highly recommend using Vizard in the following scenarios:
- When facing a challenging enemy
- When aiming to unlock a specific achievement
- When stuck in the main storyline or side quests
- When lost in an area or struggling to find an exit
How to Use Vizard
Wake Vizard Up
Say "Hey Vizard" to activate it hands-free.
Talk to Vizard
Once Vizard is active, speak your question or command. Vizard will process your input, think for a moment, and respond with an appropriate answer or action.

Continue the Conversation
Vizard supports multi-turn conversations. While only the current dialogue appears on the screen, Vizard can maintain context for the ongoing interaction, provided you don’t close the assistant.
Quit Vizard
- Press the Back button: This will close Vizard as you would any app.
- Speak a Voice Command: For a hands-free experience, simply say "Quit," "Exit," or similar to close Vizard.
Software Update
The Pro Neckband will automatically update to the latest software version in the background when connected to the internet. Once the update package is downloaded and installed, the changes will take effect after a reboot.
We plan to introduce a manual update check feature soon to enhance the system update experience.

No need to do anything—simply power on your device, and the update will install automatically within 10 minutes.
Your device will be ready to use with all the new features the next time you power it on!
You can check the software version under Settings. After a successful update, the Pro Neckband Software Version should display as the latest version.
