Order Processing
We typically prepare and ship in-stock items within 1–2 business days. For pre-order items, the dispatch timeline is shown on the product page. Weekends and federal holidays may impact processing speed. During holiday seasons, processing may be slightly delayed; please allow additional time when placing orders.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method. VITURE offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders; free shipping thresholds may vary by region. Express shipping is also available for an additional fee. Estimated Delivery Times
The following delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier operations and customs processing.
- United States — Standard: 5–7 business days; Express: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Other international destinations: 6–12 business days
Standard orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS, depending on destination. We ship to selected destinations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and other regions. The current list of supported destinations is shown at checkout. If your location is not supported, you will be notified at checkout; for confirmation before placing an order, please contact us at happycustomer@viture.us.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may track your order via the link in the confirmation email or directly on the carrier's website. If tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of your shipment notification, please contact us at happycustomer@viture.us.
Import Duties and Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT (Value Added Tax) upon arrival, depending on your country's import regulations. Any applicable duties or taxes are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in VITURE's shipping charges, as set forth in our Terms of Service.
Damaged Packages and Missing Deliveries
If your package arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and take clear photos or a short video of the outer box and the product, before and after opening. Email us at happycustomer@viture.us with your order number, photos or video, and a brief description of the issue. Shipping-damage and missing-item claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check the delivery area, ask household members or neighbors, and allow 1–2 business days as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before final drop-off. If the package cannot be located after 2 business days, please contact us at happycustomer@viture.us with your order number, and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier. Delivery issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
Address Changes After Shipment
In most cases, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In some situations, we may be able to assist depending on confirmation from the shipping carrier; an additional modification fee may apply. Please contact us at happycustomer@viture.us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible Products. To initiate a return, contact us at happycustomer@viture.us with your order number. Our customer service team will provide return instructions, including any return shipping address and other information needed to process your return. Please secure the item in its original packaging and use a trackable shipping method when returning. Full return terms are set forth in our Terms of Service.
Warranty Service
To request warranty service, contact us at happycustomer@viture.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if available. Our team will review your submission and respond within 1–2 business days. Full warranty terms are set forth in our Terms of Service.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will issue your refund using the original payment method. Please note that, after the refund is issued, processing times may vary by payment provider: credit card refunds typically post within 2–5 business days after issuance, and PayPal refunds typically take 3–5 business days. Gift card purchases will be refunded to the original gift card balance.
