Before first connecting to Switch 2, update the controller via 8BitDo Firmware Updater on Windows or Mac. Switch 2 system must be v20.1.1 or above; Switch requires v3.0.0 or above.
1) Ensure the controller is charged.
2) Restart your Switch and try pairing again.
3) Unpair previously connected devices.
4) Make sure connected controllers haven't exceeded the Switch's support limit.
No. This controller exclusively supports Switch and Switch 2. It is not compatible with Xbox, PC, Android, or any other devices.
Hold the Turbo button and press any action button to enable rapid-fire for that button. Hold Turbo and press the same button again to disable. Turbo is great for fast-paced games requiring repeated button presses.
