Shipping & Returns

VITURE One and associated accessories are currently available for pre-order only; orders placed on www.viture.com are expected to begin shipping in January 2023. 

US ORDERS

We are happy to offer free shipping on orders of $100+. Orders less than $100 are shipped at a flat rate of $9.90. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturer and in many cases will arrive in only 2 to 5 business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to prepare, pack, and process your order. 

Weekends and federal holidays may impact shipping speed; please take these into consideration when placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to ship worldwide at a flat rate of $25; currently, we can deliver to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery time for international orders is 6 to 18 business days.

Orders arriving in international destination countries may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause further delays in delivery as well as incur duties or taxes as assessed by customs officials. VITURE, Inc. has no control over this process, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.


RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase — we hope you’re happy with your VITURE One! However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund. Please refer below for more information on our return policy. 

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of receipt. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Unopened items are eligible for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in opened packaging.

To begin the return process, secure the item(s) you are returning in its original packaging and contact us at happycustomer@viture.us with your order number. Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. 

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Unopened items are eligible for a full refund. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in opened packaging.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 


WARRANTY

Your VITURE One Glasses, Neckband, and accessories are protected by a 365-day warranty (beginning at the date of receipt) which covers defects and malfunctions as a result of materials and manufacture. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or damage as a result of drops, exposure to liquids, or other forms of misuse or mishandling.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at happycustomer@viture.us. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. If possible, include photos. 

Please allow up to seven (7) days for us to review your claim, after which we will inform you if and how the issue will be resolved.

EXCEPTIONS 

For defective or damaged products covered by our warranty, please contact us at happycustomer@viture.us to arrange a refund or exchange.
